Our plan is to use this website as a gathering place for our community and to provide resources and links that will benefit both our guildmates and the greater GW2 community, at large. Please feel free to reach out to us in game to join our guild or even just have questions or need help with something in-game.
In Childhood, my nickname was Erkki which is Finnish name. I do, in fact, have a Norn Untamed named as such, however, people seem to gravitate towards calling me "Merlund", which is the name of my Reaper. I will quickly acknowledge and respond to either name, if called upon in game.
My reasons and goal for creating the guild Rubiconics are manifold, but they can be summarized as this: I got to end-end game and realized there is little for me, personally, left to do. So in the spirit of a sandbox game (I have come to believe GW2 is the most elaborate sandbox video game ever), I am making my own fun by switching my focus to helping others to experience the joy of playing GW2 to the fullest. I am not perfect, and I would not describe myself as a born leader, but I am muddling through, making an honest effort and trying to grow the collective enthusiasm and fun of our guild.
